Today I wanted to take a moment to share another card I created for the Gone Scrapping Creative Team that was published at Examiner.Com. I made this card back in August after Sandi, a girlfriend of mine had surgery and was recovering. You'd probably never guess that when it comes to papercrafting my biggest passion is scrapbooking because I certainly have been posting a lot of cards over the past couple of months. The fact is, I've spent a lot of my crafting time doing anything but layouts because there are lots of occassions that I like to recognize with a handmade card and when I can I like to incorporate my Design Team work with whatever I am making.
Anyhow, for this card and to brighten Sandi's day I combined cheerful solid colors that coordinated perfectly with the Beautiful Blooms patterned paper that I used on the card. I finished the project off with a crisp white bow and shiny gemmed brad.

Beautiful! Love the colours and the way the sentiment appears to "dangles" from the ribbon.
I love the bright colors, and the layout on this card! Thanks for sharing.
Hugs, Pat
Pretty paper and I love that edge die...might have to get one of those for myself.
Beth, I came back to revisit & thank you for visiting my blog, and your lovely comment.
Hugs,
Pat
