Memorable Seasons Monthly Sketch Challenge

Every month at Memorable Seasons we sponsor a sketch challenge on the forum.  This month's we've got a fabulous sketch for you, you can look for the January sketch challenge post right here.  I hope you'll play along with us for a chance to win a prize from the Memorable Seasons store!

This layout happens to be the FIRST layout of the year for me. The photograph I chose to scrap is a picture I copied off of my oldest grandson's father's Facebook page (say that three times fast!). Geesch.

Because his father took the photo with his phone in dim light, it wasn't the best quality, but regardless it was one of those RARE moments where Jack was actually SMILING for the camera! I love this photo not just for the smile, but because it also shows Jack enjoying one of his favorite pasttimes back when he was two... putting on Grandpa's boots.

I do believe that I put this sketch together in record time and that was strongly due to the fact that not only did I adore this sketch, I also (with the exception of one sheet of cardstock and the products I used to create the title) used my Studio Calico December kit... thank you Memorable Seasons and Studio Calico!
