Mojo Monday Sketch Challenge 124

For the Mojo Monday Sketch Challenge 124 I also wanted to incorporate the elements required for Papertrey Ink's Birthday Bash Contest... even though I had the card finished in time for it, I never posted and missed out on that... however, the layout for the Mojo Monday Challenge Sketch is above.

The sentiment for my card was part of the Papertrey Ink contest.  The other supplies included, My Mind's Eye "Totally Boy" patterned paper. Peeled Paint Distress Ink, and Papertrey Ink Cardstock.  I "messy-sewed" the squares onto the card with black thread and my trusty Singer.  I also used a 2 inch scallop paper punch and a 1 3/4 inch round paper punch and twine I purchased at Wal-mart.
